  • Check if a delivery attempt was made and a calling card left
  • Check with neighbours or a safe location if you have one set up

Still Missing?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if there’s been no update for 5+ business days, contact us:

We’ll raise an investigation with Royal Mail and either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
