Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Track at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Tracking your FitDocs order is easy. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an automated email from us containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

Steps to Track

• Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a dispatch confirmation from FitDocs
• Find your Royal Mail tracking number (format: AB123456789GB)
• Visit royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number

Haven’t Received a Tracking Email?

If it’s been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven’t received a tracking email:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Email us at sales@fit-docs.com with your order number — we’ll investigate immediately

Yes — we offer Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days) for £6.99. While we don’t currently offer guaranteed same-day delivery, Express orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the following business day.

Weekend Orders

Express orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning and delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.
