Verification Methods

• Blue Light Card: Enter your Blue Light Card discount code at checkout
• NHS email: Place your order using your NHS.net email address — the discount is applied automatically
• ID verification: If you don’t have a Blue Light Card, email sales@fit-docs.com with a photo of your NHS ID badge and we’ll send you a personal discount code

If your discount code isn’t working, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

Common Reasons

• Code has expired: Most promotional codes have an expiry date. Check the terms of your code.
• Minimum order not met: Some codes require a minimum basket value (e.g. “spend £40”).
• Code already used: Single-use codes can only be applied once per account.
• Incorrect entry: Check for spaces, capitalisation, or typos. Codes are not case-sensitive but must be exact.
• Not applicable to sale items: Some codes exclude items already in the sale.
