FitDocs offers professional embroidery on most scrub tops and jackets. Your name, job title, trust logo, or any custom text can be stitched directly into the garment for a polished, permanent finish.

How to Order Embroidery

• Select your scrub item on the product page
• Choose the embroidery option and enter your text
• Select thread colour and position (chest left, chest right, sleeve)
• Add to cart and complete your order

What Can Be Embroidered?

• Your name (e.g. “Sarah Johnson”)
• Job title (e.g. “Staff Nurse”, “Consultant”)
• NHS Trust or clinic name
• Custom text up to 30 characters per line (2 lines maximum)

Thread Colours

White, Black, Navy, Royal Blue, Red, Gold, Silver — more options available on request.

Embroidered orders require additional production time before dispatch.

How Team Orders Work

• Contact us at sales@fit-docs.com with the number of items, individual names/titles, and sizes needed
• We’ll send you a spreadsheet template to fill in all the details
• Once approved, we provide a firm quote and production timeline
• A 50% deposit is required to begin production on orders over 20 items

• 10–24 items: 10% discount
• 25–49 items: 15% discount
• 50+ items: 20% discount + dedicated account manager
