Can I Change My Delivery Address After Ordering?
Yes — but please contact us as quickly as possible, as orders are often processed within hours of being placed.
Email sales@fit-docs.com immediately with:
- Your order number
- Your original delivery address
- The new delivery address you’d like
We can change your address if:
- Your order hasn’t yet been dispatched
- The order doesn’t include embroidery that’s already in production
If your order has already shipped, we’ll do our best to intercept it with Royal Mail, but this isn’t always possible. In those cases, the parcel may be returned to us and we’ll resend to the correct address — there may be a small redelivery fee.
To avoid delays, please double-check your address carefully at checkout. If you’ve spotted an error immediately after ordering, call us directly on +44 740 462 7496 for the fastest response.
My Order Shows Delivered But Hasn’t Arrived
We understand how frustrating this is — let’s sort it out together.
First, try these steps:
- Check with neighbours and building reception areas
- Look around your property (behind bins, in a porch, a sheltered area)
- Check for a Royal Mail ‘Something for You’ card — your parcel may be at a local depot
- Allow 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan items as ‘delivered’ a day early
Still no parcel after 48 hours?
Contact us at sales@fit-docs.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full delivery address
- Confirmation that you’ve checked the locations above
We’ll raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays
- Orders placed before 1pm are typically processed the same day
- During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday), please allow an extra 1–2 days
- Embroidered orders require an additional 7–10 business days for personalisation before dispatch
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
How Do I Track My Order?
Tracking your FitDocs order is simple:
You’ll receive two emails from us:
- Order Confirmation — sent immediately after purchase with your order number
- Dispatch Confirmation — sent when your order leaves our warehouse, containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a direct tracking link
To track your order:
- Click the tracking link in your dispatch email
- Or visit royalmail.com and enter your tracking number
- Or log into your FitDocs account and check Order History
Don’t see your dispatch email?
- Check your spam/junk folder first
- If you paid via PayPal, the email goes to your PayPal email address
- Still nothing? Email us at sales@fit-docs.com with your order number — we’ll resend it

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Embroidered orders take 7–10 additional business days. You’ll be notified as soon as it ships.
