Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes — FitDocs ships worldwide to over 40 countries.
Key international information:
Delivery timescales:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work with trusted carriers including DHL and Royal Mail International to ensure reliable delivery.
Customs & Import Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. FitDocs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
💡 We recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering. In the EU, for example, goods valued under €150 may enter duty-free.

How Do I Return an International Order?
International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The process is slightly different from UK returns:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email sales@fit-docs.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions specific to your country.
Step 2 — Return Shipping
- For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage
- For some countries, we can provide a DHL return label — ask us when you make contact
Step 3 — DHL Pickup Option (Available in Selected Countries)
If no drop-off point is nearby, you can schedule a DHL home collection:
- Visit dhl.com and select your country
- Choose ‘Schedule a Pickup’
- Select ‘I already have a shipping label’
- Enter your DHL Waybill Number (shown on your return label under the barcode)
- Enter your address and preferred collection date
Refund timescales for international returns:
- Allow 5–10 business days for your parcel to reach us
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Refund to appear: 5–10 business days after processing
- Total: approximately 14–21 business days from dispatch
Please note: We currently offer refunds only (not exchanges) for international orders.
