FitDocs was born from a simple frustration shared by doctors and nurses worldwide — scrubs that look institutional, feel uncomfortable after hour three, and fall apart after a dozen washes. A global team of clinicians came together to design a scrubs range that actually meets the demands of modern healthcare.

How Do I File a Complaint?
We have the highest standards for our products and service — and we genuinely want to know if we’ve missed the mark.
How to raise a complaint:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos where applicable

What to expect:
- We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days
- For complex issues, we’ll keep you updated throughout
Our commitment:
If FitDocs has failed in any way — whether in product quality, delivery, embroidery accuracy, or customer service — we will make it right. Full stop. We’d rather resolve the issue and keep your trust than lose a customer over something that could have been fixed.
We appreciate all feedback, including complaints. It helps us improve for every healthcare professional who wears our scrubs.
How Do I Reset My Password?
Resetting your password is quick and secure.
To reset your password:
- Go to fit-docs.com and click ‘My Account’ in the top navigation
- Click **’Lost your password?’** below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your FitDocs account
- Click ‘Reset Password’
- Check your email for a secure reset link (check spam/junk if it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes)
- Click the link and enter your new password
- Log in with your new password
Password tips:
- Use at least 8 characters
- Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for a strong password
- Don’t use the same password as your email account
