  • How Do I Check My Order Status?

    Checking your order status is easy — here are all the ways to do it:

    Option 1 — Your Account Dashboard

    Log into your FitDocs account at fit-docs.com. Under ‘My Orders’ you’ll see:

    • Order status (Processing / Dispatched / Delivered)
    • Tracking information once dispatched
    • Full order history and invoices

    Option 2 — Your Confirmation Emails

    • Your order confirmation email (sent at purchase) contains your order number
    • Your dispatch email (sent when shipped) contains your Royal Mail tracking link

    Order status meanings:

    • Processing — We’ve received your order and it’s being prepared. Allow 1–2 business days.
    • In Production — Your embroidery order is being personalised. Allow 7–10 business days.
    • Dispatched — Your order is on its way. Track using the link in your dispatch email.
    • Delivered — Your order has been delivered. Enjoy your new FitDocs!

    If your status hasn’t updated in more than 3 business days, contact us at sales@fit-docs.com.

  • Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

    We process orders quickly to get your scrubs to you as fast as possible — so please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

    To cancel or modify your order, email sales@fit-docs.com or call +44 740 462 7496 straight away.

    We can typically help if:

    • Your order has not yet been dispatched
    • Embroidery has not yet entered production

    Changes we can make (before dispatch):

    • Cancel the entire order
    • Remove or swap an item
    • Change size or colour
    • Update your delivery address
    • Correct embroidery details

    If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to stop it in transit. In this case, simply follow our standard returns process once it arrives — we’ll make it straightforward.

    Please note: Personalised and embroidered items may not be cancellable once production has begun, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

  • I Haven’t Received My Order Confirmation Email

    If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 30 minutes of ordering, here’s what to check:

    Step 1 — Check your spam/junk folder

    Confirmation emails occasionally land in spam. Search for “FitDocs” or “fit-docs.com” in all folders.

    Step 2 — Check the email address you used

    • Did you pay via PayPal? The email goes to your PayPal email address
    • Did you check out as a guest? Check the email you entered at checkout
    • Did you create an account? Check your account email

    Step 3 — Verify the payment was taken

    Check your bank statement for a FitDocs payment. If no payment shows, your order may not have gone through.

    Still can’t find it?

    Email us at sales@fit-docs.com with your full name and the approximate time of your order. We’ll locate your order and resend your confirmation within 24 hours.
