Step 1 — Get a Quote
Contact us at sales@fit-docs.com with:
- Total number of items required
- Product type(s) (tops, trousers, jackets, sets)
- Size breakdown (if known)
- Whether embroidery is required
- Your delivery deadline
Step 2 — Receive Your Quote
We’ll respond within 1 business day with a detailed quote including bulk pricing, embroidery costs (if applicable), and estimated delivery timeline.
Step 3 — Approve & Order
Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll send a pro forma invoice. A 50% deposit is required for embroidered orders over 20 items.
