Who Pays?

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. FitDocs does not collect these charges and cannot predict their amount — they vary by country and order value.

EU Orders Post-Brexit

Since January 2021, UK exports to EU countries are subject to import VAT and potentially customs duties at the EU border. Most EU countries have a low-value import threshold — check with your local customs authority for current rules.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. We can offer a refund of the item value only (not original shipping costs) once it arrives back in our warehouse.
