If your discount code isn’t working, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons
- Code has expired: Most promotional codes have an expiry date. Check the terms of your code.
- Minimum order not met: Some codes require a minimum basket value (e.g. “spend £40”).
- Code already used: Single-use codes can only be applied once per account.
- Incorrect entry: Check for spaces, capitalisation, or typos. Codes are not case-sensitive but must be exact.
- Not applicable to sale items: Some codes exclude items already in the sale.
