Before Dispatch
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet (typically within 1–2 business hours of ordering on weekdays), we can amend the size at no extra cost.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to intercept it. In this case, please follow our standard exchange process once the item arrives:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We’ll send a free return label
- Return the item unworn with tags attached
- We’ll dispatch the correct size
