My Item Arrived Damaged or Faulty — What Do I Do?

What to Do

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@fit-docs.com or call +44 740 462 7496. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault or damage
  • Photos showing the issue clearly

What Happens Next

Once we’ve reviewed your report:

  • We’ll send a free return label immediately
  • You can choose a replacement or a full refund
  • We process faulty item cases within 1 business day of receiving your return

Faulty After Washing?

Manufacturing defects that appear after the first wash are also covered. Contact us with photos as soon as you notice the issue — even if it’s outside the standard 30-day window.
