Embroidered or personalised items are non-returnable under standard circumstances — because they’ve been customised specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.
Exceptions
We will always accept a return or issue a replacement for personalised items if:
- The embroidery contains a spelling error that is our fault
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage
- The wrong item or size was sent
What To Do If Something Is Wrong
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@fit-docs.com. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review and resolve it quickly.
💡 Before ordering embroidery, double-check all spelling — especially names and job titles. We reproduce exactly what is submitted on your order.
