SALE PURCHASES

SALE PURCHASES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at sales@fit-docs.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges and Returns

You will be responsible for postage on returns or exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange package, and let you know if the refund or exchange is approved or not.

If your exchange is approved, it will be processed by one of our team members.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances for any refunds or exchanges.

Sales

During a sale period we do not offer free shipping. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items that were purchased during a sale. If an exchange needs to happen due to certain exemptions (this does not include incorrect sizing), the items will need to be sent back to us at the customers own cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Lost Parcels

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by our couriers, we will not compensate if lost as we have no control over the parcel once they leave our headquarters.
